I live in Santa Cruz de La Palma. S/C de La Palma ia a small city about 18000 people live here. It is the capital of the island. It is a part of Spain but is nearer to Africa. La Palma has a lot of visitors during the year. La Palma does't have any shopping centres or any big buildings.
In the past La Palma had a very important port. Many ships travelled to Spain or America they transported gold and a lot of expensive things.
I like living here because we don't have pollution or traffic problems but it's very small
